DAY ONE
Arrival in Nice. Pick-up at the airport and drive to L’Escalière. (40 minutes)
Lunch served on the terrace.
Visit of the 9th century village of Gourdon.
Visit of the Moulin d’Opio, a working mill and its olive oil.

DAY TWO
Spend a day in St Tropez: lunch on the beach, discover the famous "Tropézienne" pastry and the "café Glace" on a terrace, looking at the yachts in the port.

DAY THREE
Cooking class at L’Escalière: ratatouille, tapenade, pesto soup,... on the menu.
Dinner at "Tetou" in Golfe Juan (the best bouillabaisse on the coast).

DAY FOUR
Local Market of Valbonne.
Lunch at "La Colombe d'Or" (St Paul de Vence),
Matisse chapel, Foundation Maeght ...
Chateau de Mouans Sartoux (art museums).

DAY FIVE
Enjoy the open-air market in Nice where the local chefs buy their fresh produce. Visit the 19th century Alizieri mill and taste their olive oil. Lunch at the unique bistro "La Merenda." Visit the vineyard from Château de Crémat, a Bellet appellation.

DAY SIX
Apéritif at "La Chèvre d’Or," on our way to Monaco.

DAY SEVEN
Learn the secrets of baking croissants and baguettes
in a local bakery in Valbonne.
Visit Grasse and its perfume industry.
Farewell dinner at L’Escalière.

DAY EIGHT
Departure. Flights leave around 11 a.m.
